For more specifics on what we do and who we are, please review our website We are a Florida-based company with plans for rapid expansion across the state of New Jersey. We currently have 10 offices open in Florida and 4 offices open in Freehold, Princeton, Brick, and Shrewsbury. Significant opportunities for growth exist for the right candidate. This position is for a Full-Time Intake Coordinator (40 hours per week) in Shrewsbury. Requirements: Performs the registration, receptionist, and secretarial duties in the Medical Office Validates completeness and accuracy of patients’ eligibility and medical documentation Functions as the center communication source in this center, dealing directly with both patients and medical staff Responsible for administrative data entries into EMR system, as well as various tasks pertaining to the coordination of Medical Services Assist patients with questions and/or concerns Review schedules regularly for maximum scheduling efficiency Updates patient's demographic in agency's data systems. Ensures photo ID and insurance card are scanned for all patients. Ensures that all forms are signed and scanned into electronic health record· Responsible for contacting patient to discuss benefit coverage, appointment details, etc. Communicates a dedication to serving all internal and external customers to include, but not limited to, the medical staff, physician office personnel, patients, and all hospital personnel Maintains high professional and ethical standards as evidenced by successful completion of core competencies, clinical competencies, and behavior standards.
