Finance Administrator Responsibilities 3E Billing & Matter Management — Manage the full billing process in 3E—from proformas to e-bills—ensuring all matter details and digital files are accurate to prevent payment delays or system rejections. Finance Support & Data Tracking — Use 3E reporting to track WIP status and aging. Provide general administrative support to the Finance team while making sure all financial data is kept up to date. Team Collaboration & Problem Solving — Handle daily ad-hoc tasks and help the wider team fix billing bottlenecks or system issues to keep the department running smoothly. Requirements Diploma-qualified , preferably in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Finance/Accounts role; however, entry‑level candidates with a strong aptitude for financial processes are welcome to apply. Strong focus on process integrity and a high degree of accuracy in data handling. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
