This role works closely with resort leadership, Sales & Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to develop and execute revenue strategies that drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.The Revenue Manager plays a critical role in positioning Dellshire Resort within the Wisconsin Dells market while supporting the resort’s immersive guest experience and long-term financial success.**Why You’ll Love Dellshire*** Be part of a resort that blends luxury and adventure into a storybook setting.* Work with a team that values creativity, collaboration, and connection.* Experience professional growth in a dynamic, pre-opening environment with room to make your mark.* Competitive pay* Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage* Paid time off and holidays* 401(k) with employer match* Associate recognition programs* Exclusive discounts and family perks* Free employee meal daily**What You’ll Do*** Develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability* Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance metrics including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share* Prepare accurate forecasting reports and demand analysis for leadership review* Manage room inventory and availability across all booking channels* Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, seasonal demand, and special events within the Wisconsin Dells market* Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams on promotional strategies, packages, and demand-driving initiatives* Monitor OTA performance, channel mix, and distribution costs to optimize profitability* Conduct regular rate audits and ensure rate parity across all platforms* Assist with budgeting and long-term revenue planning initiatives* Participate in weekly revenue strategy meetings with resort leadership* Provide recommendations regarding restrictions, minimum stay requirements, group displacement analysis, and promotional offers* Maintain and optimize PMS, CRS, channel manager, and revenue management systems* Generate and distribute revenue reports to leadership teams* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue capture* Support reservations and front office leadership with inventory management and sell strategy execution* Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and financial goals* Perform additional duties as assigned by resort leadership**What are we looking for?****Who You Are*** Minimum of three (3) years of revenue management experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred* Previous experience within a full-service resort or destination property strongly preferred* Strong understanding of hotel revenue management principles, forecasting, pricing strategy, and distribution channels* Experience with PMS, CRS, OTA extranets, and revenue management systems preferred* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting analytics* Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Knowledge of the Wisconsin Dells market preferred* Flexible schedule based on business demands and operational needs**Join us in creating something extraordinary.** Apply today to bring your passion for hospitality to Dellshire Resort—where every number tells a story, and every story begins with you.Dellshire Resort is part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hospitality company that offers career opportunities and has a steadfast commitment to putting people first.Pyramid Global Hospitality is an Equal Opportunity EmployerNote: This document describes the general nature and level of work required of people in the job.
