Data Entry Specialist
Tagaddod
Tagaddod is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating data in our systems accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our senior accountant at our 6th of October site to ensure the integrity of our data and assist in maintaining database quality and completeness.
Responsibilities
Accurately input data into databases and maintain data integrity
Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies
Update and maintain database records
Perform regular data cleaning and quality assurance tasks
Ensure data confidentiality and security
Assist in creating reports and data summaries as needed
Adhere to data entry policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a data entry specialist
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in data entry and data management software/tools
Ability to handle large volumes of information and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
Good written and verbal communication skills
