Physical Therapist

We're hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to provide in-home care across the Blacksburg region. You'll be visiting patients in their homes, doing the hands-on PT work that actually makes a difference and you'll be doing it on a schedule you help build. This role is a good fit for PTs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients.

Provide home health physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients

Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver rehabilitation services focused on strength, balance, and mobility

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs

Coordinate with our clinical team and patients' physicians on care planning

Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Virginia (or eligible)

12 years of clinical experience preferred but not required

Home health and OASIS experience preferred if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you carry a solo caseload

WellSky experience is a plus but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

$5,000 sign-on bonus

Based out of our Blacksburg office, we cover Blacksburg and the surrounding New River Valley Christiansburg, Radford, Pulaski, Dublin, Pearisburg, Narrows, and the surrounding Montgomery and Giles County communities. You'll generally work the area closest to where you live.
