Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall success of projects
• Delegate work and assignments to team members
• Attend owners’ meetings, manage billing, and update schedules
• Manage contracts and subcontractors
• Conduct jobsite walks
• Develop look-ahead schedules and daily game plans
• Track and oversee CO & RFI processes
• Monitor costs and labor projections

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure work
