Major Duties Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Managing human resources: Plans, distributes, and monitors work assignments. Evaluates work performance and provides feedback to others on their performance. Managing resources: Selects, acquires, stores and distributes resources such as materials, equipment, or funds. Project management: Applies principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and managing projects and resources, including technical performance. Accountable for building and maintaining a safe work environment: Eliminates safety hazards in the design and use of facilities, equipment, operations, and work processes. Facilitating teamwork: Encourages and facilitates cooperation, pride, trust, and group identity. Fosters commitment and team spirit.
