This position involves devolving and managing relationships with referral sources in the community, promoting AmeriCare services and expanding our Medicare & Medicaid home health business. Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long-term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources. Qualifications Healthcare experience in marketing desired but not required. Possess excellent presentation and communication skills. Be able to set clear, actionable goals.
