firsthand seeks an Outreach Specialist to perform telephonic outreach and connect individuals to their local firsthand care team. This remote role focuses on outreach to new clients and coordinating with MCOs and field staff to ensure engagement in our care model. The position emphasizes empathy, bilingual Spanish/English skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
