Commercial Account Manager for Pest Control Sales

In this role, you\'ll be responsible for generating new commercial business while developing long-term partnerships with existing clients to ensure they continue receiving exceptional service. What You\'ll Do As a Commercial Account Manager, you\'ll play a key role in growing our commercial customer base and strengthening existing client relationships by: Prospecting and developing new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits. Following up on company-provided leads with professionalism and urgency to convert opportunities into long-term customers. Conducting on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend customized pest management solutions. Building trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers. Managing your sales pipeline and consistently working toward monthly and annual sales goals. Partnering with our operations team to ensure customers receive outstanding service. Performing regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maintain customer satisfaction, identify additional service opportunities, and maximize client retention. Serving as a trusted advisor for your customers by providing responsive communication and ongoing support. Required Qualifications At least one year of B2B sales experience At least one year of outside sales experience Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications Experience in the pest control industry Experience managing commercial accounts or customer retention initiatives Why Join Our Team?
