Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse book of business, ranging from small to large accounts, with a focus on property and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle accounts from start to finish. Compensation Package Salary Range : $70,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience and book size) Benefits : Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage Responsibilities Manage a generalist book of business, handling accounts from small to large businesses. Oversee the entire account lifecycle, including quoting, renewals, and new business acquisition. Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and urgency. Focus on property accounts (LRO, habitational) and construction accounts, with an emphasis on general liability. Collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure seamless account management. Utilize EPIC software for account management (experience with EPIC is a plus). Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : 3-5+ years of agency account management experience, with a focus on property and construction accounts preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in account management software; EPIC experience is a plus. Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Professionalism in navigating coverage discussions with clients. Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities effectively.
