Senior Software Engineer

Our San Diego based client is an innovative, rapidly growing health technology company using AI, advanced imaging, cloud software, and data science to transform how complex medical procedures are planned and delivered. Their technology is improving patient outcomes while bringing a more intelligent, data-driven approach to modern healthcare.

This is a rare opportunity to create mission-driven solutions within healthcare, which is stereotypically slow to adopt the latest technologies. Your work supports real-world clinical decision making and powers sophisticated planning, automation, and workflow technologies used by healthcare professionals. Every feature you build has a measurable impact on physicians and patients.

Engineers will enjoy significant ownership, influence technical direction, and work alongside experienced software engineers, product leaders, and clinical experts tackling genuinely challenging problems.

What You’ll Build

You’ll contribute across a modern software platform that includes:

• Scalable backend services and APIs
• Distributed systems and microservices
• Cloud-native applications
• AI-enabled planning workflows
• Advanced web applications
• Automation and platform tooling

Tech stack includes: Node.js, Java/Kotlin, GraphQL, React, PostgreSQL, Spring Boot, microservices, and modern cloud technologies, but strong engineering fundamentals matter more than checking every technology box.
