Financial Advisor

The ideal candidate will be eager to deliver client-centric wealth management services for a fast growing St. Louis based firm. They should be growth-oriented, an excellent closer and an new asset gatherer. Responsibilities Meet with qualified, firm-generated prospects (in-person and virtual) to understand their situation, educate them and present clear, actionable planning recommendations. Deliver holistic advise across investments, insurance, retirement income planning and tax-aware strategies using both AUM and insurance-based tools (annuities, life insurance, etc.) when appropriate. Maintain a minimum 20%+ closing ratio on qualified appointments over time. Use CRM and planning tools to document meetings, track pipeline, manage follow-ups and coordinate with team. Provide comprehensive financial and planning advice to clients. Work with autonomy to achieve goals.
