Corporate Financial Reporting And Budget AdministratorManages the corporate financial reporting and budget systems as the key administrator. Performs various accounting activities and special projects focusing in the areas of financial forecasting, budgeting, and general ledger analysis.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Sole Administrator/Lead of OneStreamLead system configuration, upgrades and development projectsManage system security groups, user access and security roles within OneStreamConfigure system structure, settings, dimensions, and hierarchies in OneStream to align with business needsDesign, implement, and maintain OneStream calculation logic, business rules, and system formulas to support reporting and planningDevelop and maintain Cube Views, Dashboards, Reports within OnestreamPerform data imports and exports, ensuring data accuracy and consistencyMaintain system integrations within OneStream in partnership with the IT Data teamPerform interface processing/monitoringMaintain and enhance budget and forecast scenarios, inputsProvide training and support to end users on system features and functionalityAssist with monthly closing process including preparation of financial statements and related analysisPerform root-cause analysis / determine and implement corrective action for close related items in OneStreamResearch any differences between ERP/GL Cubes and OneStreamManages the annual budget processAssist in preparation of annual budgets, including loading of sales and cost budgets from external sources and specific HQ dept budgetsAlso responsible for updating budget and forecast input screens, reports and report books in OneStream or via Excell Add-InAssists in the preparation of financial forecasts by plant and department on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisPrepares charts for monthly executive financial review meetingMaintain monthly analysis on assigned General Ledger AccountsAssist in the preliminary and annual audit performed by the external auditorsPrepares, updates, and maintains policies and procedures related to OneStreamSupport additional initiatives and requests within the organizationPerform other duties as assigned by supervisorExperience and Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required with an undergraduate degree in Accounting or FinanceMust have training and knowledge of OneStream or other EPM/CPM platforms, ERPs (prefer LNCE) and Microsoft office SuiteComfort working with system rules, calculations, and configuration logic within a financial systems environment, including sustained focus on detailed system configuration and validation tasks5+ years of accounting experienceOther Requirements:May be required to travel by whatever means company determines most economicalSome overnight travel may be required for training or audits, etc.Must have excellent oral and written communication skillsMust have good working relationship with plant managers, regional managers, executive staff, and department headsMust be able to come to work promptly and regularlyMust be able to take direction and work well with othersMust be able to work under the stress of deadlinesMust be able to concentrate and perform accuratelyMust be able to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as assignedCompetencies Required:Decision qualityFunctional/technical skillsProblem solvingInforming Peer relationshipsLearning on the flyTechnical learningAction orientedCreativityOrganizingStanding alonePerseveranceListening to othersComposure
