This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, staying organized, and keeping a busy office running smoothly. This role combines administrative support, client service, and office coordination in a professional environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while providing an exceptional experience for clients. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone and in person Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management Prepare, process, and maintain client paperwork and documentation Respond to client questions and provide administrative support Assist with office operations, supply ordering, and business expense tracking Support client events, seminars, and appreciation activities Maintain accurate records and work within internal systems to ensure quality and compliance Qualifications 3+ years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience Bachelor's degree required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Comfortable working with numbers, technology, and multiple software systems Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to manage competing priorities Financial services experience is a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
