Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac/Telemetry
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Cardiac/Telemetry unit. This position requires a strong background in telemetry nursing and involves working primarily on the 4 South Cardiac unit, with potential floating to other Medical-Surgical areas, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- Night shift (7:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m.)
- Every other weekend required
Call Requirements
No call requirement.
Certifications
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of current or recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience is required. The RN must be proficient in reading telemetry and will undergo a telemetry competency assessment on the first day of employment. Failure to pass this competency will result in termination of the assignment. Additionally, candidates must have current proficiency with Epic EMR documented. Lack of this proficiency may also result in termination of the assignment.

Holiday coverage is required.
