Med Surg RN - Full Time

Full Time Night Shift RN – Med Surg Floor Looking for a full time RN to work night shift on the Med Surg floor. The schedule includes 12‑hour shifts (6:45 pm to 7:15 am), every 3rd weekend and self‑scheduled holiday rotation. The RN must be a team player, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to deliver excellent patient care. This position offers a supportive team environment, opportunities to cross‑train to the Emergency Department if desired, and potential advancement to Charge Nurse for those who demonstrate positive and effective leadership skills. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as an RN in the State of Iowa or a compact state. Certification in Basic Life Support and, preferably, Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Experience At least one year of RN experience preferred but not required. The applicant must pass a background check, employer‑provided health assessment (including applicable vaccines), and a drug screen before hiring. The position is open until filled.
