Location: Waupun, WI 53963 (If this location isn't a fit, we have openings in the Oshkosh and Lisbon areas as well) Pay rate: $55/hr. Duration: 6-month contract with possible extension Schedule: 6 pm - 06:30 am | 3x12s with a weekend and holiday rotation. Setting: Primary care - Correctional Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting. Assess, triage, and respond to patient health concerns and medical requests. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and facility policies. Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions. Monitor patients with acute, chronic, and ongoing medical needs. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the medical record. Coordinate care with providers, mental health staff, custody staff, and other members of the healthcare team. Assist with sick call, follow-up appointments, and ongoing patient care needs. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license Previous correctional, emergency, medical-surgical, long-term care, or behavioral health nursing experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
