The FOH Bakery Supervisor leads the bakery team to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain high food safety standards, and create a positive, productive work environment. This role supports team development, drives sales through outstanding service, and ensures daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing bakery team.
• Support hiring, training, and retaining team members.
• Communicate company values and expectations.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve concerns quickly.
• Promote bakery products and create a welcoming guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist the General Manager with daily bakery operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Bakery or catering experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• POS system experience (PosiTouch preferred)
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• California Food Handler Card required for all foodservice employees who prepare, store, or serve food.
