What You'll Do

• Manage starting and administering IVs safely
• Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses
• Regularly assess vital signs and clinical status
• Educate patients on treatments and self-care procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilize EPIC EMR for charting and documentation
• Float to lower acuity units if needed, maintaining flexibility and teamwork

What You Need

• Current Ohio RN license
• Minimum 1 year of medical surgical nursing experience
• BCLS and IV certification (EPIC experience preferred)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
• Travel experience is a plus
