What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit within a top healthcare facility
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Assist with patient assessments and coordinate care plans
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or appropriate state licensing
• Prior Medical Surgical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shift consistently
• Focus on patient safety and quality care
