Compensation: $85-100K base + 10% (FT Salary)
Schedule: Monday to Friday ( No weekends)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our team. As a DPT, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
• Administer therapy to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
• Use evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to treat various conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to maintain improvements at home.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state.
• New graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients and a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adapt them based on patient progress.
