Director of Impact Analytics & Outcomes
Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston
Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston seeks a Director of Evaluation and Outcomes to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing assessment of the organization’s evaluation strategy. You will oversee data systems, program outcomes, and reporting to inform strategy, program improvement, and fundraising storytelling.
You will partner with leadership and staff across departments to build metrics, dashboards, and insights that strengthen program quality and impact.
