Learn more about us at Role Description This is a full‑time, hybrid position requiring a minimum of two in‑office days per week. We specialize in the assessment and treatment of low to moderate acuity conditions including: anxiety and depressive disorders, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and insomnia (Please note that we do not treat severe mental illnesses, including psychotic disorders). Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing follow‑up appointments - for low to moderate acuity conditions. Diagnose and treat mental health conditions using evidence‑based practices. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications. Provide psychotherapy and supportive counseling within the scope of training and clinical expertise, integrating therapeutic interventions into comprehensive treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Compensation Competitive salary ranging from $140,000–$180,000 commensurate with experience, clinical expertise, and qualifications. Productivity‑based bonus opportunity. Qualifications Required: Current certification and licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry (MSN or DNP). Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
