Plant Manager

Our client is seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to direct operations and elevate performance across a high-impact manufacturing facility. This role blends strategic execution with hands-on operational leadership, offering the opportunity to influence growth, build strong teams, and deliver meaningful results.

As the Plant Manager, you will...

Drive strategy deployment for plant initiatives and growth
Lead the plant to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
Develop and manage the plant budget effectively. Stay familiar with the competitive environment
Ensure proper inventory, production control scheduling, shipping/receiving logistics, and quality procedures
Lead Lean initiatives to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented
Collaborate with internal and external customers to leverage our technologies, systems, products, services, and processes
Maintain the highest standards of customer service
Promote team concepts, coach, mentor, and manage talent to foster a culture of accountability and results

As the Plant Manager, you must have...

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
