Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and services
Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff
Coordinate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning for residents
Conduct regular assessments and quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary
Develop and manage the facility's budget and financial reports
Collaborate with the facilities' medical director and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care
Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Requirements:
Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or healthcare administration
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
