Maintenance SpecialistDiversified Maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Specialist. The Maintenance Specialist performs maintenance duties around the facility in an industrial setting. The Maintenance Specialist will also participate in general cleaning duties from time to time, as assigned by the supervisor.Schedule:Full TimeMonday - Friday (on call afterhours and weekends)7am - 4pmPay Rate: $25.00 per hourWeekly PayResponsibilities:Inspect spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdownsRespond to requests for maintenance servicesChange lightsPerform small electrical tasksPerforms other cleaning duties as assignedRepair and maintain janitorial equipmentQualifications (Must Have):High school diploma or equivalent education/technical certificationMust possess professional experience and/or education in one or more of the following:Small Engine RepairAuto MechanicsAttention to detailBasic skills in mechanical repair and routine facility maintenanceAbility to use common tools such as hammers, screwdrivers/drills, and wrenchesTime management skillsPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devicesDegree from a technical collegeClosing:Diversified Maintenance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
