About the Role As the Associate Vice President of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving global growth for ETS Solutions and our workforce credentialing portfolio. This leadership position involves expanding into key global markets, collaborating cross‑functionally with revenue teams, and managing strategic projects in certification, licensure, and Federal certification. Role Responsibilities Global Growth Strategy Lead the development of global markets for ETS Solutions and workforce credentialing. Implement multi‑year growth strategies in targeted regions. Identify and leverage cross‑functional opportunities within ETS and PSI. Business Development Leadership Build and oversee a high‑performing global business development team. Enhance forecasting accuracy and manage opportunity progression. Lead high‑value sales pursuits and major RFPs personally. Cross‑Enterprise Collaboration Partner with revenue leaders across Licensure, Certification, TOEIC, Federal, Research Institute, and Solutions. Collaborate with Solutions, Bids, and Implementation to create competitive proposals. Support marketing efforts to drive demand and increase visibility in the sector. Market and Sector Expertise Possess in‑depth knowledge of certification, licensure, and Federal certification procurement. Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, risks, and regulatory trends. Represent ETS Solutions at significant industry events. Commercial Execution Be accountable for achieving global new business revenue targets. Negotiate contracts in collaboration with the CRO and Legal teams. Ensure a seamless transition to Client Success post‑sale. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements Proven track record in certification, licensure, and Federal certification markets. Experience navigating complex sales cycles and high‑stakes RFPs. Demonstrable success in generating multi‑million dollar revenue growth in global markets. Strong background in leading business development or sales teams. Experience working with credentialing bodies or regulatory agencies is preferred.
