As an Ultrasound Technologist , you will join a dedicated team delivering quality, value, and access in the 21st century, aligning all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in strict accordance with currently approved practices as outlined in department policy and procedure manuals, complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and other regulatory requirements. Assist radiologists with ultrasound‑guided biopsies and procedures if needed. Understand the methods used to generate ultrasound data and the theory and operation of the instruments that detect, display, and store the acoustic information generated in clinical examinations. Monitor patients’ well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action. Demonstrate competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and patient health information. Safeguard any on‑site medications in accordance with company policies, procedures and any legal requirements. Demonstrate respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals. Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers. Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions. Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting. Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships. Qualifications Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgment and the ability to remain professional in all situations. Effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues. Structured work approach, understand complex problems, and able to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment. Required Certifications Completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
