For BusinessTechnologies in particular, the work entails providing solutions to the gaps in the working systems ofdifferent departments within Shopee. The Business Technologies Team involves itself in internal,commercial and operations teams to provide much needed remedies in long-term compoundingconcerns which could be in the form of creating automations, web portals, api connections,applications, etc.Job Description:Writing and testing code, debugging programs, and integrating applications with third-partyweb services.Coordinate with other business teams to understand user requirements and provide technicalsolutions.Develop scalable back-end components to improve application performance.Design and integrate user-facing elements into applications.Improve functionality of existing systems.Learn and implement different technologies that best suits business needs.Requirements:Has a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or anyrelevant studyIdeally with at least one (1) year relevant work experienceExcellent Python skillsKnowledge in cloud-based development, SQL, or MS Excel is a plusAbility to write effective and scalable codeAbility to assess and prioritize feature requests in a fast paced environmentWilling to stay updated with and knowledgeable of new technologiesDetail-oriented and has proven project management skillsExcellent communication skillsHas a team-oriented mindsetFlexible to work long hours on occasion #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
