As one of DFW's fastest-growing home service companies, we're seeking a driven, energetic, and results-oriented  Inside Sales Representative (ISA)to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys talking with customers, and is motivated by achieving goals and earning performance-based incentives.

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in generating revenue and supporting our service departments by converting opportunities into booked appointments. You'll work closely with customers through outbound and inbound calls, follow up on unsold estimates, perform customer satisfaction outreach, and help maximize opportunities across our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical divisions.

Success in this role requires confidence, persistence, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers solve problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on unsold HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical estimates to convert opportunities into booked appointments.
• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers regarding service, maintenance, memberships, and promotions.
• Conduct post-service customer satisfaction ("Happy Calls") to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Handle inbound overflow calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
• Follow up on membership opportunities, renewals, and retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call notes within ServiceTitan and other company systems.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly booking goals and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives, Dispatch, and Service Managers to maximize scheduling opportunities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
• Provide a professional, positive customer experience on every interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inside sales, appointment setting, outbound sales, call center, or customer service experience.
• Strong closing, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or CRM software is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
