Inside Sales Representative

NWH is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative interested in building a long-term career in sales within the hardwood lumber industry. This role provides direct exposure to customer relationship management, quoting and order management in preparation for expanded commercial roles.

Build strong relationships with customers and support their business needs through responsive communication and problem-solving.

Provide product recommendations, pricing, availability, and lead times to customers and sales partners.

Partner closely with Outside Sales Representatives and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experience from quote to delivery.

Develop a strong understanding of NWH products, markets, customers, and sales strategies.

Contribute to a high-performance sales culture focused on service, growth, and teamwork.

Strong interest in building a long-term career in B2B sales, account management, or business development.

Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and strong work ethic.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Hardwood lumber or building products experience is a plus, but not required.
