Visit our career site: Job Overview The Cage Casino Credit Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of cashiering functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing all aspects of the cage environment. Responsibilities Read and write short memos. Manage cage inventory, including chip bank, main bank, check bank, front window and booth inventories. Deal directly with customer concerns and complaints as required within jurisdiction. Ensure all regulatory requirements are followed. Interview, hire, train, schedule, appraise, and supervise all directly assigned personnel. Promote positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard‑free work environment within area of responsibility. Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and patrons. Perform basic math operations, including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions, whole numbers, and decimals. Calculate interest, commission, and percentages as it applies to job functions. Qualifications High school diploma or GED, and one to two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One year of cage, banking and/or cashiering experience, and one year of supervisory experience. Strong math, communication, and interpersonal skills. Work Environment Must be able to work in a smoking environment. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Regularly required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Position requires bending, lifting, and carrying supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds. With assistance, required to lift or carry items in excess of 50 pounds, and push or pull carts and/or furniture weighing several hundred pounds. Background Check As part of the employment process, selected candidates must obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check, which may include a credit check, criminal background check, and drug screen.
