QA Supervisor

The QA Supervisor serves as the Shift Quality Leader for assigned manufacturing operations, ensuring consistent execution of quality requirements through production inspections, containment activities, and verification processes. This role directly supervises QA Auditors and serves as the primary quality escalation point during the shift.

The position ensures compliance with engineering specifications, manufacturing standards, customer requirements, inspection plans, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, and Test teams, the QA Supervisor drives defect prevention, containment, process discipline, and continuous improvement in an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environment.

The QA Supervisor supports the organization's quality strategy by improving First Pass Yield, reducing defects, preventing escapes, strengthening process compliance, and promoting a culture of quality ownership across the factory.

This is a full-time position with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. However, depending on workload there may be occasional longer days and occasional weekends as needed. Employee is expected to work the necessary hours to complete all tasks on time and to a satisfactory standard.

Regular travel is not required for this position.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related technical discipline and 3+ years of relevant manufacturing quality experience; or in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing quality, or a related technical field. Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
