Supervisory Medical Support Assistant

Job Title
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Assigns and evaluates the work of subordinate staff.
- Resolves complex problems to ensure patient services are met.
- Evaluates new products, equipment, and systems to make recommendations for improved operations.
- Identifies training needs of staff.
- Makes final decisions on hiring selections.
- Evaluates performance and takes disciplinary action when necessary.
- The incumbent has administrative and professional responsibility for planning and directing the subordinate lead, supervisor, and MSA activities.
- Extracts and analyzes data to provide reports to senior leaders.
- Reviews reports, tracks performance measures, and develops action plans for improvement when not meeting target measures for their areas of oversight.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm; tour may vary, may include weekend, holidays, evening, etc.
