What You'll Be Doing You'll play an important role in delivering land development projects from concept through construction by: Designing residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Preparing site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, utility layouts, and erosion and sediment control plans. Performing stormwater, utility, earthwork, and site design calculations. Supporting feasibility studies, due diligence, permitting, and site investigations. Working closely with municipalities and regulatory agencies throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. Collaborating with surveyors, project managers, planners, and senior engineers to deliver successful projects. Taking on increasing responsibility and project ownership as your career grows. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 2+ years of land development experience preferred. EIT certification preferred; PE license or working toward licensure is a plus. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
