Elementary School Principal – Division Street Elementary School The Saratoga Springs City School District seeks an outstanding educational leader for the position of Elementary Principal. Certifications / Qualifications New York State certification: School Building Leader (SBL), School District Administrator (SDA), School Administrator/Supervisor (SAS) Master's degree in the field of Education Desired Leadership Areas The success of all students Promoting an open, inclusive environment Middle level curriculum & innovative instructional practices Supporting teachers to grow as professional educators Professional learning communities and utilizing data to inform instructional practices Implementing NYS requirements for Special Education and ENL students Clear communication with all stakeholders Technology use and integration Team building with the ability to motivate staff and students Desired Qualities Strong character and integrity Culturally proficient Fosters strong relationships with our community Strong technology skills Minimum Qualifications New York State certification: School Building Leader (SBL), School District Administrator (SDA), School Administrator/Supervisor (SAS) Master's degree in the field of Education 5 or more years of teaching experience; 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred Employment Commences September 7, 2026.
