Medical AssistantVienna VA Pay From: $21 per hour MUST:Medical Assistant - DermatologyMust have 1+ years of Medical Assisting experienceMust have a High School Diploma or GEDEMR experience; Knowledge of working with EMA is preferredScribing, script, dermatology experience preferredMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsDUTIES:The Medical Assistant - Dermatology will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:Triage patientsProvide clinical assistance including some transcription and scribe dutiesWelcome patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiriesOptimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephoneEnsure availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient recordsMaintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial informationAbility to work under pressureAbility to multi-taskBe dependable and work well as a teamMaintain business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairsProtect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial informationMaintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changesContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
