We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our growing manufacturing and distribution business. This position is central to ensuring the smooth flow of customer orders, inventory, logistics, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

● Coordinate and monitor customer orders through third-party warehouses and logistics partners to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment.

● Manage inventory records and assist with inventory planning and reconciliation.

● Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving order-related issues.

● Maintain accurate operational records, data entry, and documentation.

● Assist with accounts payable and basic bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks, including entering bills, processing invoices, and generating reports.

● Coordinate calendars, meetings, and administrative support activities.

● Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents.

● Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

 

Qualifications

● 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, administrative support, or a related office environment.

● Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.

● Experience with QuickBooks preferred.

● Experience with warehouse fulfillment, EDI platforms, inventory management, or logistics coordination is a plus, but not required.

● Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
