A Day in the Life of a Store Manager In this management role at Jiffy Lube, you wear many hats, ensuring customers and employees are happy and the day‑to‑day business runs smoothly. You plan and track budget forecasting models and ask the right questions that lead to innovation, progress, and success. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Relevant sales and customer service experience Previous leadership experience (a plus) Self‑motivated with excellent sales skills Ability to work well under pressure and delegate effectively Customer‑service oriented and able to resolve complex issues in a timely manner Professional appearance and communication skills Organized, detail‑oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry Work Schedule Shifts include a mix of day, evening (up to 8pm only), and weekend hours.
