Account Manager - Albuquerque

We're seeking an Account Manager in Albuquerque to grow and maintain service relationships with commercial clients across the region.

Impact

• Generate recurring revenue through service agreement renewals and account growth

• Build client loyalty by delivering proactive maintenance and responsive support

• Identify capital project opportunities that expand wallet share

• Reduce client operating costs through strategic equipment optimization

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of commercial HVAC service accounts

• Develop and renew preventive maintenance agreements

• Conduct regular client meetings to review equipment performance and needs

• Identify and propose capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades

• Coordinate service teams to ensure timely response to client requests

• Monitor account profitability and adjust service offerings accordingly

• Track service metrics including response times, completion rates, and customer satisfaction

• Support sales teams with technical expertise during proposal development

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 3+ years in commercial HVAC service or account management

• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and maintenance requirements

• Proven track record growing service contract revenue

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand system layouts

Nice-to-Haves

• EPA certification

• Experience managing large facility accounts (hospitals, data centers, universities)

• Background in energy management or building automation

• CRM proficiency and data-driven account planning
