Join our team as a Director in Strategy and Transformation. This full-time role is based in the Northeast region and requires a hybrid work schedule. You will lead data-driven initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to drive business transformation. Proficiency in programming and understanding of statistical models is essential.
Location: Boston, Mass, NYC, Holmdel, NJ, Bethlehem, PA
Position Type: Full Time
Compensation: Pay Range:$130,000-$150,000 Per Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of data-driven strategies to support business transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI/ML solutions.
- Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain predictive models to enhance decision-making processes.
- Ensure alignment of data initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- PhD with 0–1 years, Master's degree with 2 years, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years in a related field.
- Experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for underwriting experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML modeling and development.
- Strong understanding of probability, statistics, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Proficient programming skills in a general-purpose language.
