Team Player, Organized, Reliable, Self-motivated Desire to learn new products and skills Excellent Communication skills There are several skill levels of Service Technicians. In order to graduate from one level to the next, Service Technicians must meet the qualifications of all previous skill levels. Analyze, diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner. Spot potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks. Practice good customer relation skills. Attend service-training classes to upgrade technical capabilities. Commit to involving customers in our Rescue Club programs. Fill-out all forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, complete, and accurate manner. Abide by the company dress code. Perform service calls and other assignments as instructed and do so in a courteous manner. Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems in an effective manner. Must have successful work experience in the area of customer service, mediation, and/or diplomacy Must be an excellent "people" person with superior skills in the areas of customer service and problem resolution Must have excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills Must possess superior communication and diplomacy skills necessary to fully resolve any customer concern or complaint and assure total customer satisfaction Team Player, Organized, Reliable and Self-motivated Posted Min Pay Rate USD $60,000.00/Yr.
