Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant with strong Excel and computer skills to support daily business operations.
This role will assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative tasks to ensure accurate and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintenance in Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
Create, update, and format Excel reports, including basic formulas and data organization
Review data for accuracy and completeness and correct errors as needed
Assist with tracking orders, inventory, or production data
Generate and distribute routine reports to team members and leadership
Organize and maintain digital files and records
Support the team with general administrative tasks such as email follow-ups, document preparation, and filing
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas such as SUM, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data systems)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in administrative, data entry, or planning support roles
Familiarity with inventory, production, or order tracking systems

Standard office environment
May require handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
