No prior technical experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to build your skills as a plumber. As a Plumbing Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, assisting with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance while developing the skills needed for a successful career in the trade. With the end goal of being trained to become a fully qualified Service Technician/Expert. Responsibilities Assist experienced plumbing technicians with residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks efficiently and safely. Learn and apply industry safety protocols and best practices under supervision. Ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously develop your technical skills. Help maintain an organized technician van and warehouse materials as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and project goals. Ideal Candidate No prior technical experience required – we will train the right candidate. Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude. Teachable mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow in the plumbing trade. Honesty and reliability – we need team members who show up on time and take pride in their work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team while maintaining a professional demeanor. Physical ability to perform hands‑on work, including lifting, standing, and using tools (with training). Attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks with quality and precision.
