Investment Reporting Analyst

About This Role


We're looking for an analytically strong and intellectually curious Investment Reporting Analyst to join the Investment Management team. In this role, you'll support reporting for the General Investment Account (GIA) and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and external asset managers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and communicates complex investment insights clearly.

Pay range: $50-65/hour

What You Will Work On

• Deliver timely, accurate investment portfolio reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders, including the Investment Committee and external rating agencies
• Analyze and communicate portfolio asset allocation and risk exposures
• Maintain and enhance reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and efficiency
• Partner with data and technology teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting infrastructure
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs while managing multiple deadlines

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial or investment reporting
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with tools like MicroStrategy or Alteryx is a plus
• Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Basic understanding of investment instruments and financial/statutory reporting
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• A collaborative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive for continuous improvement
