Description Job Title: Counterintelligence Officer - Spanish Linguist Job Summary: Seeking a highly experienced Counterintelligence Officer - Spanish Linguist to support our mission to counter global threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence analysis, operations, and counterintelligence, with a focus on supporting complex operations. Requirements: Requires possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified. * Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience. * At least 7 years of direct customer experience focused on intelligence operations and analysis. * Language Proficiency: Spanish 3+ * Certifications: Relevant professional certifications are preferred. Experience: * Experience supporting complex operations or programs. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Experience working in a global or regional context. * Experience in multiple areas, such as countering illicit activities, intelligence analysis, or counterterrorism. Skills: * Research and analysis skills, including open-source research and data analysis. * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. * Ability to prioritize competing requirements and manage multiple tasks. * Proficiency with standard office software and databases. * Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing. * Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Knowledge: * Knowledge of Intelligence Community operations and best practices. * Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing intelligence activities. * Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions. * Ability to analyze complex information and prioritize effectively.
