Growth Marketing Manager (Remote) — SEO & Content

Turn useful AI creator workflows into sustainable, measurable organic growth. AI SwapFace is an online creator tool for AI-powered face swapping across photos, video, GIFs, multi-face images and AI portraits. Users can try core workflows without signing up and can access additional capabilities through credit packs and account history. We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who can connect technical SEO, useful content, conversion work and creator distribution into one focused growth system. This is a fully remote role. What you will do Build and execute an organic-growth roadmap across technical SEO, landing pages, content clusters, internal linking and digital PR. Improve discovery and conversion for photo, video, GIF, multi-face and AI portrait use cases without relying on misleading claims. Work with product and design to improve activation from first visit to completed creation, return use and purchase. Set up clear measurement for acquisition, activation, retention and revenue; turn data into a practical experiment backlog. Write or edit high-intent pages and creative briefs that are genuinely useful, differentiated and search-ready. Test creator partnerships, community programs, referrals and other repeatable distribution loops. Keep campaigns and content aligned with consent, privacy, platform policies and responsible use of synthetic media. What will help you succeed Evidence that you have grown organic acquisition, product activation or revenue for a software or consumer product. Strong working knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, conversion optimization and web analytics. Comfort using data to size opportunities, design experiments and explain what worked, what did not and why. Hands-on writing and editing ability, with good judgment about search intent and user value. Clear communication and comfort collaborating with engineering, design and external creators. Useful, not required: experience with AI, creator tools, photo/video products, international SEO, programmatic landing pages, lifecycle marketing or partnerships.
