Senior Finance Associate Asset Management Growth & Automation

Senior Finance Associate | Boston, MA (Back Bay) We’re partnering with a Boston-based asset management firm (~$5B AUM) to hire a Senior Finance Associate to support core financial operations, reporting, and analysis. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to grow in an entrepreneurial investment environment. What You’ll Do: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the management company and related entities Support fund-level accounting, including expense allocations, accruals, and reconciliations Ensure accurate and timely general ledger activity in accordance with GAAP Assist with audit preparation and regulatory reporting Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives Partner with compliance, investor relations, and investment teams on financial matters Support fund launches, new initiatives, or business growth activities What They’re Looking For: 3–4 years of experience in finance or accounting (asset management/financial services preferred) Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Advanced Excel skills; accounting system experience (e.g., QuickBooks) a plus CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus Self-starter with close attention to detail and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Why This Role: Hands-on exposure across fund and management company accounting Opportunity to contribute to process improvement and system enhancements Collaborative, high-performing team in a growing asset management firm If you are interested in this role, please reach out to Kyle Archer at View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley and Associates
