Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Active WA SLP License
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
• SLP-CCC status preferred
• OSPI fingerprint clearance prior to start
• Previous school-based SLP experience, preferably at elementary or high school level
• Commitment to in-person service delivery

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as a Speech-Language Pathologist at two elementary school sites and one high school (positions available: 2 Full-Time, 1 Part-Time)
• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain detailed student records and evaluations
